Men of all age groups find community with a history of traditions at Beth Tikvah.
The Men’s Club provides opportunity to meet and socialize as well as ways to support the synagogue’s youth, ritual and fund raising efforts. These activities include high holiday ushering, construction of the congregation’s Sukkah, donated by the MC, and the world-wide wrap where our youth and adult members learn about tefillin using pairs purchased by Men’s Club for the congregation.
CBT Men’s Club Sunday brunches are awesome. Bagels, shmear, lox and lots of onions are enjoyed while we listen to guest speakers on a wide variety of topics – from athletes, musicians, and Jewish film authorities to Israeli business leaders, local politicians and book authors. Other events may range from father-child(ren) bowling, Sunday night football viewing parties or an evening event in the Sukkah.
Each year, the Men’s Club honors one of our members as the Man of the Year at the Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs’ Mid-Atlantic Region’s dinner. We take pride in interacting with other men from other clubs in the Delaware Valley to build camaraderie and share programming ideas.
We are excited to include new members into the club and provide programming around your interests! Come out to one of our brunches and get to know us.
